...a local club for local enthusiasts, since 1946

Formed in 1946 the Hants & Berks Motor Club is a well-established motoring club spanning the English county regions of south Berkshire, north Hampshire and west Surrey.

With such an extensive history the Club benefits from a wealth of experience and commitment from its members and can still be found actively involved in supporting and organising local and national motoring events.

As an all-purpose club, rather than a traditional one-make club, we welcome a broad spectrum of owners, followers and enthusiasts who have an interest in all aspects of motoring, motor sport and the motor industry.

The Hants & Berks Motor Club principally has a passion for that bygone era of classic and vintage motoring and, by organising shows, gatherings and leisurely driving tours throughout the year, we strongly encourage our members to display and use their much loved pride and joy.

However, we don't just cater for the historic car owner; we also provide many alternative motoring based activities for all our members to enjoy, such as navigation rallies, quizzes, museum and collection visits, social natters, competitions, film shows and rally day marshalling.

Do browse our website and discover more about the Hants & Berks Motor Club, learn about our background, view forthcoming events, see what we get up to with our gallery section and read about our member’s experiences on our Sidelights page.

If you are interested in joining our Club, or just wish to find out more about what an annual subscription offers, then please visit our Membership page for further information.

Euro NCAP and Improvements in Crash Safety

Our April monthly meeting welcomes Club member Professor Adrian Hobbs who will be giving an interesting and informative talk about vehicle crash safety.
