Weekend Tour to Normandy

In June the Hants & Berks Motor Club is organising a long weekend touring the Normandy region of Bayeux, France. During which participants will have the opportunity to visit a selection of WW2 invasion sites, regional attractions and shopping.
Although the suggestion is that this would be a classic car trip, we're not going to enforce the rule.

For further details and a proposed itinerary, please click HERE (PDF).
Please note that this event is exclusively for members of the Hants & Berks Motor Club only, but membership is relatively cheap at £28 per year so non-members looking to come along could easily join if they wished.
Places this event are limited and we expect interest to be high, therefore we advise anybody interested to register their interest as soon as possible to avoid disappointment – a deposit of £200 will be required to secure your booking.

Classics in the Park at the Woodley Community Carnival (Club show)

The annual Woodley Community Carnival is a local and popular show held in the grounds of Woodley’s Woodford Park. The site opens to the public from 12 noon and features a host of family activities including a fun fair, ring side entertainment, community stalls and street procession.
Of course, no summer show would be complete without its classic car display, and at the Woodley Carnival the task has traditionally been the responsibility of the Hants & Berks Motor Club.
We have a large area of the park to fill therefore we are looking for willing classic car owners to come along to show their support and display their vehicle among fellow enthusiasts for the day.
We would welcome any marque or style, veteran, vintage, classic, modern-classic or supercar, plus classic motorcycles, scooters, agricultural, emergency or military based vehicles.
This year’s carnival theme is Heroes and Villains which will see a replica Batmobile form the centre feature of our display - please note that the Woodley Community Carnival itself is a NOT a Hants & Berks Motor Club event.
