Club Talk - A Policeman's Lot, The Reality by Alan Hazelton

For our September Club night, Farnborough Air Science museum volunteer Alan Hazelton has kindly agreed to give a talk about his former career as a police officer.
Alan has a fund of stories which cover incidents and crimes from a policeman’s point of view, highlighting that a policeman’s lot is not as portrayed by fiction writers or the press!
This talk is intended to be an informal, informative and often amusing view on life as a member of Her Majesty’s Constabulary, with examples taken from Alan’s own experiences whilst working in the Guildford area, so will have a local flavour; it could be about you!
Further Information
This event is open to all Club members, accompanying friends and family members, and non-Club members.
Attendance is free with no advanced booking required – although we would appreciate if non-Club members could confirm their attendance with the organiser beforehand please.
The event starts at 8pm and should finish no later than 10pm.
A range of meals are available at the venue, so why not arrive early and grab a bite to eat before the meeting.
Location
The Raven (Hotel & Pub), Hook, Hampshire, RG27 9HS.
